Essential Plan

1 visit a year · Next business day response

A once-a-year check for smaller buildings with simple electrical systems: shops, offices, clinics and small storage buildings.

Every visit includes

  • Inspection of every panel and breaker for heat, damage, loose parts and correct labelling
  • Test of GFCI outlets and emergency and exit lighting
  • Visual check of the service, meters and disconnects
  • A walk around the building for anything unsafe or out of code

After each visit

You get a written report with photos, ranked by what needs attention first. Any repair is quoted separately and done only with your approval.

When something goes wrong: Next business day response when you call with a problem.

Professional Plan

2 visits a year · Same-day response

Two visits a year for busier buildings where a shutdown costs money: hotels, restaurants, apartment and multi-unit buildings.

Every visit includes

  • Everything in the Essential visit
  • Torque check on key connections, where loose connections usually start
  • Load check on the main panels to spot circuits that are overworked
  • Follow-up on anything flagged at the last visit

After each visit

A written report with photos after each visit, and 10% off repairs. Repairs are quoted separately and done only with your approval.

Plans run for 12 months. We go over the terms with you before you sign, so there are no surprises.

What if you find a problem?

It goes in the report with photos and a price. Nothing is repaired without your approval, and plan discounts apply.

Do you cover more than one building?

Yes. We quote multi-building and multi-site plans after a walk-through.
