Questions we get asked
Can you add capacity for new equipment?
Yes. We check your existing service and panels, then add or upgrade distribution so the new equipment runs without overloading anything.
What does a maintenance visit check?
Panels, breakers and key connections, disconnects, emergency and exit lighting, and anything you have flagged. You get a written report with photos after each visit.
Do you do maintenance on a schedule?
Yes. Our Commercial Maintenance Plans cover one to four visits a year with written reports.
